Who is responsible

What we collect

Account details: name, company, email, phone, country, business type.
Sourcing requests, messages and documents you upload.
Supplier company documents such as trade registry and tax certificates.
Records of what you agreed to and when (for example, these terms), including IP address and browser.
Technical data and cookies, as described in the Cookie Policy.

Why we use it

To run your account and match requests with suppliers (performance of a contract).
To verify companies and prevent fraud (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
To send updates and offers, only if you opted in (consent).

Who we share it with

The buyer or supplier you are dealing with, and service providers who host, store or send email for us under contract (such as Cloudflare and our email provider). We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Silkhan is operated from the United States. When data moves from the EU, UK or Türkiye to the US, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account or application is active, and afterwards only as long as tax, trade or legal-claim rules require.

Your rights
