Terms of Use
1. Who we are
Silkhan is a trade name of Ervixlabs LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document no. L26000501266), with its principal office at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. In these terms, "Silkhan", "we" and "us" mean that company.
2. Business use only
Silkhan is for companies that buy or sell goods wholesale. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your company. You confirm your email address through the link we send before your account or request becomes active.
3. What Silkhan does
We list manufacturers, pass sourcing requests between buyers and suppliers, and on request help with samples, inspection and shipping. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the sales contract is between the buyer and the supplier, and Silkhan is not a party to it.
4. Verification
A "Verified" badge means we visited the factory and checked the documents listed in its report on the date shown. It is not a guarantee of product quality or of any single order.
5. Suppliers and membership
Suppliers keep their information accurate and current. Membership fees and commissions are set out in the membership agreement each supplier signs.
6. Introductions and commissions
When Silkhan introduces a buyer and a supplier, both agree to complete orders arising from that introduction through Silkhan for 12 months, so that the agreed commission applies.
7. Acceptable use
Do not post false information, copy other members' content, scrape the site, or use Silkhan to send spam.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Silkhan is not liable for losses arising from contracts between members, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in Pinellas County, Florida, unless mandatory consumer or data protection law gives you other rights.
